Harper's introduces our six course tasting event, Monday, October 16th! Spend an evening with Chef Brian sampling delectable creations from our scratch kitchen along with wine tasting with each main course!

The menu for our first tasting event is as follows:

1st Course: Smoked salmon Napoleon with palm frites and lemon mascarpone

2nd Course: Mushroom soup topped with fried prosciutto, goat cheese crumble and lemon olive oil.

Wine pairings: San Felice Vermentino or Bonny Doon Pic Poul

Amuse: Sweet basil black rice and coconut sorbet mango gelee

3rd Course: Slow roasted duck breast with wild rice in a bourbon cherry sauce

Wine Pairing: Bel Aja red or Skyfall Merlo

t 4th Course: Shredded philo wrapped scallops with savory beet jus and bacon bits

Wine Pairing: Bonny doon Orange or Cigar Blanc

5th Course: Seared Chateaubriand slice with truffle demi confit, mashed potatoes and asparagus tips

Wine Pairing: Big Red Monster cabernet sauvignon

6th Course: Pumpkin mousse with spice cake crumble and sunflower seed brittle caramel sauce.

An Evenig with Chef Brian Seating is limited and on a first come first serve basis. Tickets are $125 per person , $100 per person if you are a Harper's VIP member. Tickets can be purchased at Harper's Waterfront anytime after 12pm. Last day for purchase is October 10th. So join us for an elegant evening of food and wine that sets us apart from the rest.
